First of all, i have removed the ladybug. I have zoomed into the park and attempted to zoom back out again but i have had a few problems doing this. To try to solve this problem i put the zoomed in park into Premiere cut a piece out and copied it. I then proceeded to reverse the footage and place it onto the end of the footage. I exported the film and the result is rather funky but i don't particularly want this in my animation. To sort this problem i have decided to zoom into the park a little faster and use a cut to go back to the shot i want instead on a zoom out.
